What is your return policy?

-If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, (PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE AND SEND TO Customercare@purplgoat.com) I will need photo evidence to submit to the shipping provider. Once received, I will gladly send out a replacement. 
However, if you are not 100% pleased with the product, please notify me and I will be happy to honor an exchange with an item more fitting. Buyer has 30 days from the date of receipt to submit an exchange.
**Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.**

-If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please do so as soon as possible as my shipping turnaround can often be same or next day. Once shipped, refunds will not be given for cancellations*, shipping upgrades cannot be implemented and addresses cannot be changed.

  • When will my items ship?

All products are handcrafted and hand packaged.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship.

  • Where do you ship to?

PurpL Goat ships to any state within the United States and internationally to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, France and Australia.

PurpL Goat DOES NOT cover any custom charges. This possible charge is the customers responsibility.

  • Are all products natural?

Yes, all items are made with natural ingredients from the earth.

All items are vegan friendly EXCEPT the Goat Milk Soaps. Goat milk is an amazingly calming and soothing ingredient that matches the human pH. No goats are harmed while milking :)
